1. TO ENTER. Complete your HomeLife $10,000 Sweepstakes entry form/reply card, affix proper postage and mail to: HomeLife Realty Services Inc. $10,000 Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 9130, Saint John, New Brunswick, E2L 4X9. Entries may also be forwarded via an authorized HomeLife representative, or may be transmitted electronically from our website www.homelife.com to the sponsor on the basis of one entry per contestant. To be eligible, entries must be received on or before
September 29, 2006, the contest closing date.
2. PRIZE. There is one (1) grand prize awarded of $10,000 (Cdn.) in cash. Prize must be accepted as awarded. In order to claim a prize and be declared a winner, the selected entrant will be required to correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, a mathematical skill-testing question to be administered by mail or telephone at a pre-arranged mutually convenient time.
3. DRAW. On the fifth business day of each month (starting March 7, 2005 and ending October 6, 2006), during the sweepstakes period, an independant judging organization will randomly select ten percent of the entries received, during the previous month. Those randomly selected entries will then be eligible for a final random draw on October 18, 2006 (the "Grand Prize Draw Date"), in Saint John, N.B., at or around 8:30 a.m. EST. The odds of being selected in any given month to qualify for the Grand Prize draw are 1 in 10. The odds of being selected in the Grand Prize draw depend on the number of entries received. The judging will be conducted by an independent judging organization whose decisions on all aspects of this contest shall be deemed as final and binding in all respects. By entering, participants agree to be bound by the contest rules and regulations and the decisions of the independent judging organization. This contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws.
4. ELIGIBILITY. The Homelife Realty Services Inc.(Sponsor) "$10,000" Sweepstakes is open to all legal residents of Canada, who have reached the age of majority in the province in which they reside on or before the Contest Closing Date. The sweepstakes commences on or around March 1, 2005. To be eligible, all entries must be received by 11:59:59 P.M. EST (Eastern Standard Time) September 29, 2006 (the "Contest Closing Date"). Officers, directors, representatives and employees of the Sponsor, its parent, affiliates, or subsidiaries, their advertising, promotional, publicity, production or judging agencies, and all those living in the same household as the above individuals, any other registered real estate sales person or the independent contest organization, are not eligible to enter. Quebec Residents: Any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Regie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.
5. PRIVACY. The entrant consents to the sponsor's collection, use and disclosure of their personal information to a third party for the purposes of marketing and contest administration purposes. Full rules are available at www.homelife.com.
